Member Services
The Member Services team are the first people you see when visiting our branches. They are focused on delivering exceptional service to our members for all their deposit service needs.
Lending Services
The Lending team is dedicated to delivering financial advice and solutions to our consumer, agricultural, and commercial borrowing members. Our lenders are supported by the Lending Administration team who ensures all loans and mortgages are processed in a timely manner.
Wealth Management
The Wealth Management team is focused on supporting our members in achieving their financial goals. They develop meaningful relationships with our members while providing sound financial advice on the investment products and resources available to SVCU members.
Finance & Administration
The Finance & Administration team works behind the scenes to balance general ledger accounts, perform clearing services, and prepare financial reporting for the credit union.
Information Technology
The IT team manages our systems and networks to ensure they continue to operate optimally. They are also committed to protecting member, employee, and corporate data.
Compliance
The Compliance team is responsible for ensuring we meet our legislative requirements under current Anti-Money Laundering/Terrorist Financing legislation. The Compliance Officer works closely with the Member Services team to provide exceptional member service while meeting these requirements.
Marketing
The Marketing Manager works closely with all departments to promote products and services to maintain market relevance. They also manage community engagement and local events organized by SVCU.
Human Resources
The Manager, HR is responsible for the administration and delivery of human resources programs and services to SVCU employees. This includes employee recruitment, training and development, benefits administration, and employee engagement, along with other areas of focus.
Insurance Services
SVCU also owns an insurance subsidiary, Swan Valley Insurance Group, with locations in Swan River and The Pas. The Insurance Services team is focused on providing outstanding service to clients who require Autopac, residential, commercial or agricultural insurance.
Executive Leadership
SVCU is guided by our Executive Leadership team who provides strategic leadership to the organization. They consistently communicate with the SVCU team to ensure everyone is informed and empowered to serve our members and support the credit union’s strategic initiatives.
